of <h1>Government to Appoint Tax Officers Under Chhattisgarh GST Act, 2017; Includes Commissioners and Other Necessary Officials.</h1> The Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, mandates the government to appoint various classes of officers for its administration, including the Commissioner of State Tax, Special Commissioners, Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners of State Tax. It also allows for the appointment of any other officers deemed necessary. Officers appointed under the Chhattisgarh Value Added Tax Act, 2005, are considered appointed under this Act as well.
