Financial and administrative powers: State President may exercise and delegate authority over appellate tribunal benches under supervision. The State President is vested with prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate such powers to another Member or officer, provided that any delegate, when exercising those powers, continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
