of <h1>Government Dues Under Chhattisgarh GST Act 2017 Must Be Paid Despite Appeals; Sections 113 & 117 Apply.</h1> Sums due to the government under the Chhattisgarh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, remain payable despite an appeal to the High Court or Supreme Court. This applies to orders issued by the National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal under section 113, or by the State or Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal under section 113, or by the High Court under section 117. Payment must be made in accordance with the respective order, regardless of ongoing appeals.
