Protection for acts in good faith prevents suits or prosecutions against tribunal members and authorised officers under the Act. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against members, officers, employees of the Appellate Tribunal or other authorised persons, and against any officer appointed or authorised under the Act, for anything done or intended to be done in good faith under the Act or the rules.
