These include the Chief Commissioner of State Tax, Commissioners, Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners, Deputy Assistant Commissioners, and Goods and Services Tax officers. Additionally, other classes of officers may be appointed as deemed necessary. Officers appointed under the Andhra Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005, are recognized as officers under this Act.
