This period can span one or multiple sessions. If the Legislature decides to modify or annul the rule, regulation, or notification before the end of the following session, it will only remain effective in its modified form or be nullified. However, any modification or annulment does not affect the validity of actions taken under the original rule, regulation, or notification.
