of <h1>Advance Rulings Under AP GST Act Can Be Confirmed or Modified Within 90 Days After Hearing Parties</h1> The Appellate Authority under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, can confirm or modify advance rulings after providing an opportunity for parties to be heard. Orders must be issued within ninety days of appeal filing. If there is a disagreement among the Authority's members on any point, no advance ruling will be issued for that question. A certified copy of the ruling must be sent to the applicant, concerned officer, jurisdictional officer, and the Authority.
