Financial and administrative powers: State President may exercise and delegate authority over tribunal benches, subject to supervision. The provision vests financial and administrative powers in the State President over the State Bench and Area Benches, and authorises the State President to delegate any such powers to another Member or an officer of the State Bench or Area Benches, provided the recipient continues to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
