These include the Principal Commissioner or Chief Commissioner of State tax, Special Commissioners, Additional Commissioners, Joint Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners, and Assistant Commissioners of State tax. The Act also allows for the appointment of any other class of officers deemed necessary. Furthermore, officers appointed under the Rajasthan Value Added Tax Act, 2003, are considered as officers under this Act.
