Power to issue instructions: Commissioner may direct state tax officers to ensure uniform GST implementation, binding on officers. The Commissioner may issue orders, instructions or directions to State tax officers to secure uniformity in the implementation of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, and all such officers and other persons engaged in implementing the Act must observe and follow those orders, instructions or directions.
