Special procedure notification may prescribe tailored registration, return, payment and administration processes for specified registered persons. The Government, on the recommendation of the Council and subject to prescribed conditions and safeguards, may notify certain classes of registered persons and prescribe special procedures for them governing registration, furnishing of returns, payment of tax and administration.
