<h1>Laying of rules: rules, regulations and notifications must be laid before the legislature and may be modified or annulled.</h1> Every rule, regulation and notification under the Act must be laid before the State Legislature for a cumulative period of thirty days within one or more sessions; if the Legislature, before the expiry of the following session, agrees to modify or annul the instrument, it will thereafter operate only as modified or be of no effect, without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under it.
