of <h1>Taxpayers Can Request Up to 24-Month Installment Plans Under Section 80 of Rajasthan GST Act 2017</h1> Under Section 80 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a taxable person can apply to the Commissioner for an extension or installment plan for tax payments, excluding self-assessed liabilities. The Commissioner may permit monthly installments up to 24 months, subject to interest under Section 50 and prescribed conditions. If the taxpayer defaults on any installment, the entire outstanding balance becomes immediately due and recoverable without further notice.
