Deemed exports: supplies manufactured in India and not exported may be notified when paid in domestic or convertible foreign currency. Supplies of goods may be notified as deemed exports when the goods are manufactured in India, do not leave the country, and payment is received in domestic currency or in convertible foreign exchange, the notification to be issued by the Government on the recommendation of the Council.
