of <h1>Govt. can issue orders under Section 172 of Rajasthan GST Act to resolve implementation issues within three years.</h1> Section 172 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, allows the government to address difficulties in implementing the Act. On the Council's recommendation, the government can issue general or special orders through the Official Gazette to resolve these issues, provided these orders align with the Act's provisions and related rules. Such orders cannot be made after three years from the Act's commencement. Once issued, these orders must be presented to the State Legislature promptly.
