Apply for Revocation Within 30 Days Under Rajasthan GST Act, 2017, Section 30.</h1> Under the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, a registered person whose registration has been canceled by the proper officer can apply for revocation of this cancellation within thirty days from the service of the cancellation order. The proper officer must decide to either revoke the cancellation or reject the application, ensuring the applicant is given a chance to be heard before rejection. Additionally, revocation of cancellation under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act is considered a revocation under this Act as well.
