of <h1>Rajasthan Appoints New GST Officers u/s 3 of the Rajasthan GST Act, 2017; Effective June 25, 2017.</h1> The Government of Rajasthan, exercising its authority under Section 3 of the Rajasthan Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, has appointed a class of officers for implementing the Act. The designated positions include Special Commissioner of State Tax, Additional Commissioner of State Tax, Joint Commissioner of State Tax, Deputy Commissioner of State Tax, Assistant Commissioner of State Tax, State Tax Officer, Junior State Tax Officer, and Tax Assistant. This notification is effective from June 25, 2017, as ordered by the Joint Secretary to the Government.
