<h1>Rule 5 Defines 'Wholly Produced' Goods Under SAFTA: Includes Raw Materials, Agricultural Products, Marine Goods, and More.</h1> Rule 5 of the Rules of Determination of Origin of Goods under the Agreement on South Asian Free Trade Area (SAFTA), 2006, defines goods considered as wholly produced or obtained within the territory of an exporting Contracting State. These include raw or mineral products from the soil or sea, agricultural and forestry products, animals and their derivatives, hunted or fished products, marine products from high seas, factory ship products, recycled raw materials, manufacturing waste, and goods produced exclusively from these listed items. Additionally, products from the seabed or ocean floor beyond national jurisdiction, where exclusive exploitation rights exist, are included.
