          <h1>Customs Broker Licence application requires applicant details, qualifications, declarations and supporting documents for licensing compliance.</h1> Form A sets out the information and declarations required to apply for a Customs Broker's Licence under section 146 of the Customs Act, 1962, including applicant and firm particulars, identities of persons to act as brokers, their educational qualifications, declarations on language proficiency, prior applications and licensing history, disclosures of penal or prosecutorial history under customs and related statutes, and submission of supporting educational and financial documents per regulation 5, with an affirmation to abide by the 2013 Regulations and signature and date fields.
