of <h1>Customs Brokers License Applications Open in April: Submit Form A to Principal Commissioner. Notification 56/2014 Applies. /2014</h1> The Directorate General of Inspection of Customs and Central Excise (DGICCE) annually invites applications in April for conducting examinations and granting licenses to act as Customs Brokers. Applications must be submitted in Form A and published in two leading national newspapers in English and Hindi. The application should be made to the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs with jurisdiction over the area where the applicant plans to operate. These regulations were amended by Notification 56/2014.
