of <h1>Customs Brokers May Face Operation Ban Under Regulation 23 for Failing Obligations in Regulation 11</h1> Regulation 23 of the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013, empowers the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs to prohibit any Customs Broker from operating in specific sections of a Customs Station. This action can be taken if the Customs Broker is found to have not fulfilled their obligations as specified under regulation 11. The regulation allows for this prohibition regardless of other provisions within the regulations.
