of <h1>Customs Brokers' Licenses Valid for 10 Years, Renewable; AEO Program Licenses Stay Valid Without Renewal.</h1> A licence granted under the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013, is valid for ten years from the date of issue and can be renewed in accordance with specified procedures. Licences for Customs Brokers authorized under the Authorised Economic Operator Programme do not require renewal as long as the authorization remains valid. The Principal Commissioner or Commissioner of Customs may renew a licence for another ten years if the licensee's performance is satisfactory and there are no misconduct complaints. The renewal fee is five thousand rupees.
