of <h1>Regulation 6 Exam Pass Required for Customs Work; Report Personnel Changes to Commissioner; 'F', 'G', 'H' Cardholders Only.</h1> A person who has passed the examination specified in regulation 6 may work on customs clearance for a licensed firm or company under regulation 7, but only for one such entity at a time. Any changes in the qualified personnel engaged in customs work must be promptly reported by the firm or company to the Deputy or Assistant Commissioner of Customs. Only individuals holding 'F', 'G', or 'H' cards, as mentioned in sub-regulation (7) of regulation 17, are permitted to function as authorized employees in the Customs Station for the firm or company.
