of <h1>Customs Brokers Must Join Recognized Association as Mandated by Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013, Amended 2014</h1> Each Customs Broker is required to become a member of the Customs Brokers Association if such an association is registered at the Customs Station and recognized by the Principal Commissioner of Customs or Commissioner of Customs. This membership obligation is outlined in the Customs Brokers Licensing Regulations, 2013, and was amended by Notification 56/2014 dated August 6, 2014.
