of <h1>Exporting Party May Request Consultations on Import Measures Under Rule 29 or Rule 32(3) Within 60 Days</h1> Within sixty days of receiving a communication under Rule 29 or sub-rule (3) of Rule 32, an exporting Signatory Party can request consultations with the Joint Administration Committee if they believe the importing Signatory Party's measures are inconsistent with the agreement. The exporting party must provide technical and legal reasons for this belief. They may also request technical advice to determine if the goods in question meet the origin rules under the Preferential Trade Agreement between MERCOSUR member states and India, as outlined in the Customs Tariff Rules of 2009.
