Access to investigation files: importing authorities must notify importers and provide exporting authorities with conclusions and reasons. Rule 29 requires importing Signatory Party authorities to notify importers and the exporting Signatory Party's authorities of an investigation's conclusion and the reasons for the decision, and to grant the exporting authority access to investigation files in accordance with the importing Party's legislation.
