Verification of additional facts: submit new facts in writing and verify them as required for the settlement application. Any facts not included in the settlement application, including annexures, statements, or accompanying documents, that are relied upon during proceedings before the Income-tax Settlement Commission must be submitted to the Commission in writing and verified in the same manner as provided for in the settlement application.
