Settlement application requirements: detailed verified statement, accounts and terms must be filed for pre-October 1984 tax settlements. When the Commission allows a pre-1 October 1984 settlement application to proceed, it must require the applicant to furnish in quintuplicate a full and true statement of facts describing the matters to be settled and how the income was derived, accompanied by annexures containing income computations, business accounts and balance sheet, and relevant personal accounts, and to state the terms of settlement sought.
