Signing authority for Commission documents: designated members or officers must sign, with personal hearing directions exempt. Commission-issued requisitions, directions, letters, authorisations, orders and written notices must be signed by the Chairman, a Vice Chairman, any Member, the Secretary or another authorised officer; however, requisitions or directions personally issued during the course of a hearing to an applicant, Commissioner or authorised representative are exempt from this formal signature requirement.
