Applicants or Commissioners intending to use documents or statements must submit seven copies of a paper book, indexed and numbered, within thirty days of receiving an order. The Commission may condone delays in submission. The documents must be legibly written, typewritten, or printed, certified as true copies by the submitting party or their representative, and indexed with descriptions, page numbers, and the filing authority. This rule was amended in 2010 to update the submission requirements.
