Bench sittings: Presiding Officer may order hearings at notified locations within the bench's jurisdiction under procedural rules. Rule 11 requires Bench sittings to be held at the headquarters as the default; however, the Presiding Officer may, at discretion, direct sittings to be held at any place within the Bench's jurisdiction if that place is notified by the Commission.
