Authorised representative appearance requires pre-hearing authorization and disclosure of relationship or employment capacity for representation. An authorised representative must file a written authorization before the commencement of the hearing stating authority to represent the applicant; if a relative, the nature of the relationship must be specified, and if regularly employed by the applicant, the capacity in which the representative is employed at the time must be stated.
