<h1>Unpaid Seller's Lien Ends When Goods Delivered Without Reservation, Buyer Takes Possession, or Lien is Waived.</h1> The unpaid seller's lien on goods is terminated under the Sales of Goods Act, 1930, when the seller delivers the goods to a carrier or bailee for transmission to the buyer without reserving the right of disposal, when the buyer or their agent lawfully obtains possession, or through waiver of the lien. However, obtaining a decree for the price of the goods does not terminate the lien.
