Seller's lien on remaining goods survives part delivery unless the circumstances show a waiver of the lien. An unpaid seller retains a possessory lien on the remaining goods after making part delivery, and may withhold those goods unless the circumstances of the part delivery demonstrate an agreement to waive the lien.
