Delivery of goods hinges on agreement or acts that place goods in the buyer's or authorised holder's possession. Delivery occurs by doing anything the parties agree shall be treated as delivery or by any act which has the effect of putting the goods in the possession of the buyer or of any person authorised to hold them on his behalf, making possession the operative criterion for performance of the contract.
