Delivery of wrong quantity: buyer may reject nonconforming goods or accept and pay at the contract rate. Where the seller delivers an incorrect quantity or mixed goods, the buyer may reject nonconforming delivery or accept part or all; acceptance generally requires payment at the contract rate. These remedies and payment obligations are subject to any usage of trade, special agreement, or course of dealing between the parties.
