Rule 50 establishes a timed fee schedule for inspecting Tribunal records: Rs. 20 for the first hour or part thereof and Rs. 10 for every additional hour or part thereof, with fees recovered in advance in cash, and no fees charged when a party inspects records of a pending appeal or application.
