Rule 32 - Adjournment of appeal

Adjournment of appeals: power to postpone hearing on such terms and at any stage, affecting proceedings.

The rule grants the Tribunal discretionary authority to adjourn the hearing of an appeal at any stage and to impose such terms as it thinks fit when ordering an adjournment, enabling the Tribunal to manage timing and conditions of appellate hearings under terms set by it.
