of <h1>New Fee Structure: Certified Copy Charges Set at Rs. 10/Page; Urgent Requests Double Per Income-tax Rules, 1963.</h1> The Income-tax (Appellate Tribunal) Rules, 1963, specify the fees for obtaining certified copies. A fee of Rs. 10 is charged per page, regardless of whether the copy is typed or xeroxed. Urgent copies incur double the regular fee, with half of this fee paid to the typist. Immediate delivery of stenographer-recorded evidence also incurs double fees, with similar payment to the typist. Publishers seeking Tribunal orders for publication are charged Rs. 15 per page. All copying fees must be paid in advance.
