The asset management company must also comply with Board-specified requirements on branding, advertising, standard disclaimers, use of sponsor/AMC/mutual fund brand names and maintenance of a separate website, with the operative effect that all promotional and disclosure practices for the Specialized Investment Fund must conform to those prescribed standards by SEBI.
