Mutual fund inspection expenses may be recovered by the Board from the fund, trustees and asset management company.

The Board may recover from the mutual fund, trustees and the Asset Management Company expenses incurred for investigation or inspection of the books, accounts, records and documents of those entities; recoverable expenses expressly include fees paid to auditors engaged for such investigations or inspections and may encompass other related inspection costs.
