of <h1>Specialized Investment Fund investments u/reg 51(1) subject to mutual fund asset, concentration and exposure limits per Sixth Schedule</h1> Investments made pursuant to sub-regulation (1) of regulation 51 are expressly made subject to the investment restrictions applicable to mutual fund schemes as set forth in the Sixth Schedule; the operative effect is that such investments must comply with the asset, concentration, exposure and other ceilings and prohibitions applicable to mutual funds, thereby subjecting Specialized Investment Fund investments under regulation 51(1) to the same quantitative and qualitative investment limits and compliance obligations as mutual fund schemes.
