        Health Security Cess declarations must be filed in FORM HSNS DEC-01 within seven days; update within fifteen days. Every registered person must file a declaration under section 9 of the Act in FORM HSNS DEC-01 on the Portal within seven days of grant of registration; and must file a fresh declaration on the Portal within fifteen days of any change in parameters relevant to cess computation or upon installation, addition or commencement of any machine or process.
