<h1>Registration under Health Security Cess: applications approved within seven working days or deemed approved if no action.</h1> The proper officer must examine applications and grant registration within seven working days or, if deficient, give the applicant a reasonable opportunity of being heard and then grant or reject with reasons; failure to act within seven working days causes the application to be deemed approved.
