Appeals to Supreme Court: from High Court orders or certified appellate judgments; Code of Civil Procedure rules apply. Appeals to the Supreme Court lie from any High Court order and from High Court appellate judgments certified as fit for appeal under section 32; the appeals are governed, so far as applicable, by the Code of Civil Procedure provisions on appeals to the Supreme Court, and when the Supreme Court varies or reverses a High Court judgment its order is to be given effect by the parties on the basis of a certified copy.
