Laying rules and notifications before Parliament requires 30 days' presentation and allows annulment or modification by both Houses. Rules and notifications under the Act must be laid before each House of Parliament for a total of thirty days while in session; if, before the end of the session immediately following that laying period, both Houses agree to modify or disallow the instrument, it will thereafter take effect only as modified or be of no effect, without prejudice to the validity of anything previously done under it.
