Police, railway, customs and revenue officers must assist proper officers in implementing the Health Security National Security Cess Act. Section 15 requires officers of police, railways, customs and those engaged in land revenue collection, including village officers and officers of State Governments and Union territory Administrations, to assist the proper officer in implementing the Act and authorizes the Central Government, by notification, to empower and require other classes of officers to assist the proper officer when called upon.
