Registrar and share transfer agent regulations repeal deemed continued under corresponding provisions of new regulations. On commencement, the 1993 Regulations are repealed and replaced by the 2025 Regulations; actions, inspections, enquiries, investigations, observations and show-cause notices under the repealed 1993 Regulations are preserved and deemed to have been taken under corresponding provisions of the 2025 Regulations; references to the 1993 Regulations in other regulatory instruments are to be read as references to corresponding provisions of the 2025 Regulations.
