<h1>Registrar registration applications may be rejected after hearing; applicants can seek reconsideration within thirty days.</h1> Regulation 13 permits the Board to reject an application for registration after giving the applicant a reasonable opportunity of being heard, and requires the Board to communicate its decision and the grounds for rejection to the applicant within thirty days.
