Registrar to an issue and share transfer agents must provide books, premises access and full cooperation during Board inspections. Registrars and their directors, partners, proprietors, officers and employees must produce books, accounts, documents and statements relating to securities market transactions to the inspecting authority within required timeframes, grant reasonable access to premises and computer data, provide relevant copies, and permit examination or recording of statements; they must give all reasonable assistance in connection with the inspection.
